One Week Bath University
One Week Bath University is our national training center where all of our installers and field crews learn about what makes One Week Bath a trend-setter in the construction and remodeling industries. The comprehensive three-week course is designed to train installers in the techniques and methods that allow us to accomplish our team goals each and every time.
At One Week Bath University individuals will receive hands-on training in the bathroom installation process including: demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, carpentry, fixtures and painting.
Aside from the mechanical aspects of the job, all One Week Bath installers and employees will learn about the importance and role teamwork plays in the success of our business. Training also covers the company’s unique history, culture and vision to become one of the biggest and most successful remodeling companies in the world.

We are looking for a candidate that is a detail oriented and has drawing skills, as well as outstanding phone skills, follow-up skills, computer skills and problem solving skills. You’ll be working directly with our CEO, our Sales Team, as well as upper management, and will learn by doing and through our unique training process. Responsibilities will include: assisting on sales calls, interior design assisting, managing incoming phone and email inquiries, referral cultivation,follow up paperwork, product research, on site deliveries and client communications.
Kitchen design experience and familiarity with the 2020 design program and cabinet lines.
We are looking for a candidate that is a results-oriented, diplomatic, creative thinking problem solver with a sense of urgency. We have a great opportunity for contractors that are tired of chasing payments and dealing with poor employees, or an employee that wants opportunity at a growing organization.
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in demolition, plumbing, tile, carpentry, painting, and flooring trades, and a hands-on knowledge of speed-oriented quality construction techniques. Must be able to stay on a tight schedule and ensure completion by deadline.
