One Week Bath University

One Week Bath University is our national training center where all of our installers and field crews learn about what makes One Week Bath a trend-setter in the construction and remodeling industries. The comprehensive three-week course is designed to train installers in the techniques and methods that allow us to accomplish our team goals each and every time.

At One Week Bath University individuals will receive hands-on training in the bathroom installation process including: demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, carpentry, fixtures and painting.

Aside from the mechanical aspects of the job, all One Week Bath installers and employees will learn about the importance and role teamwork plays in the success of our business. Training also covers the company’s unique history, culture and vision to become one of the biggest and most successful remodeling companies in the world.

Salesperson

Are you sophisticated, have great taste and love decorating? Are you looking to return to the workplace? Are you looking for something new and innovative and to be part of a company with a great track record? Are you comfortable making a $15K to $20K sale in a one call close, in a client’s home? Commission potential from $50K to $250K per year.

Accountant

Degreed accountant with construction company experience. Must know job costing, WIP, and understand accounting for labor and materials. Must be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Office applications. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and background.

Bath Installer

We are looking for a candidate that is a results-oriented, diplomatic, creative thinking problem solver with a sense of urgency. We have a great opportunity for contractors that are tired of chasing payments and dealing with poor employees, or an employee that wants opportunity at a growing organization.

Requirements:
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in demolition, plumbing, tile, carpentry, painting, and flooring trades, and a hands-on knowledge of speed-oriented quality construction techniques. Must be able to stay on a tight schedule and ensure completion by deadline.

Production Manager

We are looking for a candidate that is a results-oriented, diplomatic, creative thinking problem solver with a sense of urgency. We have a great opportunity for contractors that are tired of chasing payments and dealing with poor employees, or an employee that wants opportunity at a growing organization. The Production Manager shall be responsible for the results generated by the production of the installation crews that they manage.

Requirements:
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in bath remodeling and managing others. Must have organizational skills, computer skills, and people skills.

Warehouse Manager

Responsible for the management of the procurement and assembly center (warehouse) in which the assembly and palletizing of bathroom kits takes place. Order entry and tracking of products to build baths and management of the warranty/pick-up/warehouse assistant. Managing the maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse is the responsibility of this position. In addition, managing the warranty/pick-up/warehouse assistant will act as an emergency failsafe for the workers in the field in the event that a part is required or an assistant becomes ill.
